Who we are
We at JerseyTricking want to spread the word of this movement through coaching at our local gyms and open sessions where you can participate in the movement yourself.
We host open two open sessions every week at Jerzey Jewelz All Stars located in Edison NJ, 216 Tingley Lane on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9-11PM
over the years
Gatherings are also a HUGE part of the culture of tricking and one of the biggest tricking gatherings Vertigo Tricking is hosted in New Jersey. at vertigo you can see some of the highest-level athletes from around the world perform in battles and meet up with a lot our own tricking community here.

we are A community of freestyle acrobats and unique but like=minds that embrace diversity, accentuate individuality, and love to move! We gather not only for training but for friendship as well as a place to grow where you feel understood and accepted! Tricking is all inclusive and welcomes all not just for who they are but how they express themselves in the art. Tricking is an amalgam of a lot of athletic disciplines taking elements from flips in Tumbling, kicks in Taekwondo, groundwork from breakdancing. a lot of its staple skills stem from Capoeira!
